Overview
Fitness Friday is a dynamic program created for students ages 9–13 who want to stay active, build strength, and improve overall athletic performance in a fun and encouraging environment. This class focuses on age-appropriate movement, flexibility, coordination, and sports-based training to support growing bodies. Through guided instruction and engaging activities, students develop healthy fitness habits, body awareness, and confidence while learning the importance of teamwork and perseverance. Whether your child is an athlete or simply enjoys being active, Fitness Friday offers a welcoming space to move, train, and have fun.
